Nelson Charles Tinsley launched Elegant Pursuits Luxury Transportation in 2024, bringing unparalleled driving expertise to the forefront. With a background as an Atlanta Police Officer, Mr. Tinsley mastered advanced driving techniques, including high-speed pursuit driving. He is a distinguished graduate of the CDL driving course at West Georgia College and has completed an elite Semi Truck Driving Course with Rohl, a renowned truck driving company. His vast experience spans nationwide tractor-trailer operations and specialized training in maneuvering an Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) with the United States Army. Since 2022, Mr. Tinsley has excelled as a rideshare driver for Uber, completing over 4,500 trips with a flawless 5-star rating, including 2,000 perfect 5-star trips.
From 2012 to 2019, Mr. Tinsley founded and led Personal Care Providers Assisted Living Homes LLC in Franklin, Georgia. He was instrumental in crafting policies, securing state licensing, hiring top-tier staff, and ensuring compliance with stringent state regulations. Beyond his administrative prowess, he spearheaded marketing initiatives, managed employment, delivered direct client care, and oversaw construction projects. His illustrious career as a police officer in Atlanta from 1986 to 2013 saw him serve at the Zone One Precinct and Atlanta Hartsfield/Jackson International Airport. He played a pivotal role in high-profile events such as the Olympic Games, Super Bowls, and the World Series. His exemplary service earned him prestigious accolades, including Officer of the Month and Airport Employee of the Month awards.
